This page is dedicated to all the crew members that embarked on the IV transoceanic voyage on the Regia Nave Calabria.
This project was first conceptualized by Dr. Sebastiano Gernone, who is the grandson of the ship’s well-known fire stoker Sebastiano Gernone. Special thanks goes to him for reminding all of us, the descendants of the people of Calabria, how important it is to rediscover the traces of the historical memories of Our Sailors.
The epic story of the Regia Nave Calabria will also be revived through the written documents and testimonies kept by their family members over the years.
A service record sheet will be entered for each crew member showing rank and job description. Each individual entry will be accompanied by a collection of biographical and documentary information.
